Erin + Mike | Das Bevo Wedding in St. Louis

I met with Mike and Erin approximately forever ago, or at least it seems that way. It was way back in 2019, before nary a roll of toilet paper was hoarded. They told me their story, how they met, about their pets, and how much they were looking forward to celebrating with their loved ones. I listened and let their excitement and anticipation spread to me. While I know Erin and Mike have been looking forward to this day a lot longer than I have, I also know I was so ecstatic when their wedding day was finally here!

And so it was that, on a beautiful, sunny October day in St. Louis, Mike saw his bride for the first time that morning at the top of the windmill in Das Bevo. It sounds like a fairytale, but it’s 100% real life. Mike’s reaction was priceless.

Das Bevo’s grand fireplace in the Bierhall made a great backdrop for the intimate wedding party’s portraits. I said it was some Royal Family vibes!

We always have time for a little fun. The sculptures in the Biergarten provided ample opportunity and Mike was the only one tall enough to climb into these giant feet!

Then, it was time to make it OFFICIAL official! The ceremony in the Underground was such a special showcase of both Erin and Mike’s personalities, thanks to a dear friend who officiated.

Before dinner, I grabbed these two for a quick photo op. Can you believe this corner usually holds high chairs?? I had to steal it for sec.

I cannot express how happy I am to have helped you two celebrate. The day was filled with so much joy, generosity, and friendship. I know the rest of your lives together will be filled with more of the same.
